This was my first experience using a recruiting service. I contacted three recruiting services and provided all three services with the same information to fulfill my employment needs. Not knowing anything about the three service companies I was hesitant to write a check upfront for services not yet rendered. I decided to let performance and results decide for me. I immediately began to get resumes, phone calls, text from The Eastman Group (recruiting service #1). I received only one resume from recruiting service #2 and they followed up 2 weeks later only to let me know they were struggling to find a candidate. Recruiting service #3 contacted me nine business days after I contacted them to let me know they were about to start but I never heard anything back from them. If you’re looking for a recruiting service to provide qualified candidates with little to no effort on your part I would recommend trying The Eastman Group.
